Elements Massage Lake Oswego


3WG was retained to audit and revise the customer experience at Elements, a therapeutic massage studio in Lake Oswego. 3WG used research and best practices to redefine the customer experience as to increase overall satisfaction for existing customers and to entice potential or new customers to become repeats. As part of the communications plan focused on customer satisfaction, 3WG launched a social media campaign directed to existing customers and their networks, rewarding them for their business. The effort successfully increased the Facebook page's engagement, generated numerous sales and increased the page's reach by 7,000 percent.
